I recently had a catering order for a party with jerk chicken, rice and peas, cabbage and plantains. It was a hit! The guests didn't leave anything behind!! Great food and good service. Highly recommended.
Chicken was not cooked, mac & cheese was dry. The cheese tasted burnt, the rice wasn't fully cooked. The only thing that was edible was the cabbage. I paid extra for sauce, it was not on the food nor in the bag.
Oxtails are super tough I’m mad as hell
