agent set a time for a showing 45 min before the showing. I arrived exactly on time. The agent called me at the time she was to meet me instead of showing up and said - "are you there?" then she said ok I'll start driving over now". She made me wait for her to get there. She apparently avoids no-shows this way at the potential tenants expense. Do better.
I have been with Jericho as a tenant for four years now. I was planning on buying a home at the same time my lease was non renewed as the owner wanted to sell the property. They worked with me through the leasing process and even allowed me to break the lease early because of the situation, with no penalty. Special shout out to their maintenance vendor, Rick. I have rented for many years and he is the best handy man I have ever met. I will miss having them watching my back as a tenant.

I moved here to 5447 W 4th Avenue Lakewood , CO 80226. Honestly I can say that Jericho do their work perfectly. I always get what I need in time and excellent service.
