Absolutely Useless, Negligent, Pathetic excuse for a company. NEVER use their services. They don't take reports seriously or document them at all. The provider they sent smokes in the house, uses the patient's card to buy personal items, and hasn't shown up in two weeks. We Will be reporting them and the provider to the state.
