I was with Jericho for I don't know 7 years or so. But the entire time supervisor in corpus Melinda really wasn't doing her job you know they're supposed to do quarterly visits and she show up maybe twice a year and then have me back date papers. Lying and saying issues at my house and she post on Instagram she was somewhere else well I would sit here with my provider waiting for her she caused me a lot of problems there and I do not appreciate it. Absolutely Useless, Negligent, Pathetic excuse for a company. NEVER use their services. They don't take reports seriously or document them at all. The provider they sent smokes in the house, uses the patient's card to buy personal items, and hasn't shown up in two weeks. We Will be reporting them and the provider to the state.
Best home health care agency I have had since becoming disabled. They truly care about their clients. They've been a true blessing
