Dr. Williams goes above and beyond at all of my visits. She is very compassionate and knowledgeable about neurological diseases. I highly recommend her!
Never showed up for my appointment. Waited over an hour, And overheard the staff saying she wasn't even there at the office. Drove an hour to see her, and she can't show up.
I first met Dr. Williams when she was treating my dad at Memorial after he'd had a stroke. A few years later my husband was diagnosed with a terminal brain disease called frontotemporal dementia . She's an excellent doctor and actually cares about her patients.
My only complaint was the two plus months before I could get an appointment. The staff was very welcoming and doctor Yvonne was compassionate and took the time to answer every question I had and explain everything. I would highly recommend her.
I received excellent care and felt very informed and comfortable. 5 stars.
