Jeremy was great to work with and he made the stressful experience of selling a home a lot easier. I loved his hustle, his willingness to help fix things, his connections to professionals for the tougher fixes, and his overall great attitude. His knowledge of the market and neighborhood were also very helpful along with his excellent negotiating skills that ended up getting me exactly what I was hoping for. I'd also like to point out that Jeremy is a good, trustworthy guy, which is very important in a process like this.
This is the third time working with Jeremy and his team. 2x buyer 1x seller. Each time him and his team did extensive leg work to help me and my family. They understand the moving pieces of a military move and make sure the whole process is as smooth as possible.
