I was referred by my family doctor, and this was my first time meeting Dr. Jeremy Wong. He is very knowledgeable, truly understands my needs, and patiently explained everything to me. The receptionist and the nurse were also very kind and gentle.I felt very comfortable and well cared for.
Receptionist is rude, blame the new patient for not sending the report earlier that her colleague said it should be ok in an earlier week during her vacation. Not helping at all, but criticizing :(
Dr. Wong is absolutely the best doctor that I have met. He works towards the best of your interest and health. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. He takes a more conservative rather than an invasive approach whenever possible (unlike some other fertility doctors who try to sell you medical services and medicine).
