My son (10 years old) got his expander and brackets about a week ago. He was extremely nervous on the way to the appointment. Jamie helped him get comfortable by showing and explaining everything she did, every single step. She went through steps to take care of his teeth now that he has everything in place. She really got through to my son on this as he has been very diligent about it. She was amazing and beyond helpful! He had a great experience and is not worried about going back for his other appointments.
All of the staff are so nice and helpful. They explain everything in great detail and are helping make my smile great!
My daughter was excited and nervous about getting braces. She is very close to the end and we’ve had nothing but good experiences here. Everyone does an amazing job at naming you feel comfortable, and every step is explained. I can’t wait to see her smile without braces 😁

Super friendly staff - relaxing atmosphere. Everyone that has worked with us has explained everything thoroughly and well. They’ve made the overall experience of getting braces as pain-free and positive as can be. Also, they have Starbucks coffee and an ice cream machine in the lobby!
My daughter got her braces on today-she was so nervous but the staff made her feel at ease and she had a GREAT experience! Thank you to Dr. Smith and everyone at his office!
