From making an appointment to asking a follow up question Dr. Pepin and his team are excellent. It felt like we really mattered. Dr. Pepin explained my mom's problems perfectly. He is so kind and easily understood. He was direct and very thorough. He knew all about her as a patient before he walked in the room. Then he took the time to learn about her as a person. Dr. Pepin and his entire staff are excellent! Everyone there makes you feel a valued patient …like you are the only one they are there to help. Questions are answered so we understand. Medicine is explained what it does and why it is needed. Everyone is very friendly. The most efficiently run physicians office we have been to.
Wonderful bed side manner and really cares about his patients. I really hope he stays as my doctor
