I went to see Dr. Jacobs about an old injury Army injury to my shoulder that I have been dealing with for years. He and his physicians assistant Larissa provided a very detailed explanation of the effects of my injury and a plan to improve my recovery. He’s also a fellow veteran so he understands the impact of old service injuries.
My first meeting with Dr. Jacobs was informative and he gave me the information I needed. HOWEVER-the reason I only give 3 stars is that I waited almost an hour and 45 minutes before he walked into the exam room! I questioned someone after an hour and a half, and she admitted to me that they are double booking time slots! And said it's a "busy time of year". For Orthopedists? Really? That's lame. I hope if I need another appointment I can upgrade my review.
