Dr Holden and his staff are always kind and seem to care a great deal for their patients, I feel well taken care of every time.
Colonoscopy. In and out like clockwork. Dr answered my questions. Everyone friendly and helpful. But I'm not doing that again!
Dr. Holden called me back personally a week after the appointment to explain the lab results, since they were a bit nuanced.
Dr. Holden is a superb doctor. I trust his knowledge base and clinical skills.
Someone used the term seamless, and I agree. The support staff and specialist were amazing and I was telling my friends, that Dr. Holden truly seems to shine in the procedure room. He's so caring during office visits and will literally reach out to help in any way, but when he gets behind the wheel in the procedure room he radiates confidence.
Dr Holden was as good this time as he was with my first visit (10 years ago); he finds time to come bedside after the procedure with information as to what was found (or not found), and always with a good bedside manner & humor.
The entire process was seamless. The staff and Dr. Holden were excellent and made the experience very comfortable.

I have to echo the prior three commenters' observations and experiences. From Anastasia, the personable intake nurse who put me at ease, to Sharon my anesthesiologist who was cordial and engaging, to Dr. Holden who was informative, supportive, and conveyed a trustworthy and confident demeanor, my colonoscopy was as pleasant and tolerable as one could ever expect. This was my first experience with this medical group and the ordeal from arrival to departure could not have gone better.
