Very good service. Give yourself some time to receive it.
I went in for an oil change and they told me it was leaking. They made me wait for hours while they ordered the right piece because they couldn't put the old one back on. The next time I took it to a different shop bc Franklin was busy. The shop said the previous person had put on a misthreaded piece and if they removed it, I would have to replace the whole oil pan. I took it back to Franklin and there answer was, "we hear that all the time but we can fix it for $800" lying crooks will never touch my car and apparently they ... read more
