Worst company to work with if you're a disabled veteran. They have messed up my veterans tax exemption, charging me every month for taxes I shouldn't be paying. I've sent them all of the information needed, talked to them on the phone and told them exactly who to talk to in the county office, what number they need, what county site they need to access, and still the people are telling me I need to do their job and send them more information.
