When I was pregnant I contacted them to set an appointment, it took 3 days for them to confirm that they took my insurance before I can make an appointment. I went there a couple times and then I was told by him it was a empty pregnancy sac and she pretty much go home and wait for it.. I had the whole thing video because it was during covet and I wanted to show my spouse.. he never looked at my tubes.. I kept telling him I still feel very pregnant that I do not feel like a miscarriage and that something was wrong. the very n... read more
I have yet to see Dr. Crouch, but his team of midwives are absolutely phenomenal. They are all so kind and patient, and always listen to all of my questions. Not once have they made me feel ignorant or less than for not knowing something. Also Bobbi at the front desk is the absolute greatest. She always remembers me, and she always has a smile on her face.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Crouch. I have never met a doctor that is so personable and actually sits down to talk with you and LISTEN to you instead of typing away on the computer. He immediately put me at ease and sat down with me for 30-45 minutes to answer all of my questions and help me better understand my situation. I will definitely be back to him!
Always very personable and makes me feel at ease, especially after an awful experience with a previous practice, 10/10 recommended Dr. Crouch
