The lack of customer service by your employees is sad. Because of one individual we will never visit your business again.
Came in and the line was too the door, there was one worker and he handled every customer with ease and great customer service. Then once the store slowed down another employee came in and as soon as she clocked in immediately started checking on things and cleaning! Didn’t see her stop cleaning until the next customer came in the store. And then they became a dynamic duo. The team work was out of this world!
When I walked in I immediately noticed the cashier had headphones on (beats), she had her iPad in her hands while taking my order at the front counter (she was on the phone), she also put it on the container where our ice was taken out of, no gloves as well as didn’t see her wash her hands after touching her iPad, the ice was not flavorful and was watered down. I never experienced this from somewhere that relied on cleanliness and customer service
Omgggg this place is such a gem! We needed this tasty treat!
