Really sweet ice cream shop. What truly made our night the sweetest was the kind, attentive worker. Although the line behind us started to become crowded, she gave us grace and patience to explore new flavors before selecting our decision. Thank you Jeremiah’s ice!
My daughter and son went with their grandparents (which happen to be Latino) to get some ice cream. The experience was not pleasant or welcoming. The man taking their order was rude and had a condescending attitude towards them for taking too long. My daughter happened to catch this man giving her grandparents dirty looks. We’re never coming back here again. The Jeremiah’s on PIB is WAY better and we always have a better experience.
Ella goes above and beyond with customer service for my two little ones. She’s awesome and our kids love her. Highly recommended this spot for anyone looking for a family treat.
