I love Jermiahs ice cream...but some of the kids that work there really need customer service training..they just stare at you like you are bothering them instead of saying "hi, what can I get for you?", "have a good day", etc. Makes me not want to go back as it has happened too many times at this specific location and it makes me feel unwelcome.

Worst service and ice cream in the city! And it was $10 for 2 people! Unacceptable. There are plenty of better options close by. Pick something else!
