I want to tell you about a sweet guy named Colin. This young man served all alone with no help anywhere while myself and my group were there amongst so many other patrons. He handled the long lines with kids and pretty picky adults even with such grace. He was patient and kind and his manners were so wonderful. The two young men that were working tonight were absolutely wonderful with my daughter who just lost a tooth and had to show it off. She was so excited and they matched her excitement (as well as a group of customers) and it really made her night. Thank you!
I love the idea and the place is usually great but this location is a little bit unpredictable.
Mediocre over priced
My husband and I visited your Murabella store on Sunday afternoon, Feb. 2nd. We wanted to send you a review of your employee, Sarah who waited on us at that time. Sarah was working alone and there were two customers ahead of us. I watched as she worked swiftly and calmly, prepared and bagged an order, walked it out onto the floor to the waiting customer, then with a smile went directly to the next customer.
