Went to Jeremiah's at Lake Mary for the 1st time with a lot of expectancy for a good and unique ice-cream. The place was very busy and I told the server that it was my 1st visit and that will like to know what ice-cream they have. She said that only vanilla/chocolate swirl. I was really disappointed. I've been coming here since they opened, but today they went above and beyond. I had a terribly long, exhausting day...went to get a treat, forgot it in my car. I drove back, with my melted one, and they replaced it without charging me again. I thought it was the sweetest thing ever, since it was clearly my mistake. I love you guys, and thank you again. Even little things like that can turn someone's night around. �
First time and I loved it. The ladies there were very nice and they even gave my little dog a treat too.

The lines are awfully long without an end. I doubled back a second time hoping to finally purchase my treat. The drive thru line was shorter. However, the wait was still long. One person seemed to be working both the walk up window and the drive thru. I hate to give them a bad review because it was my first time at the Casselberry location that's why I decided on three stars. A word of advice Sundays are family day.
