I have had opportunities throughout the years to use Southern Bone and Joint. I can say each experience has been one which I left feeling the Physician and his staff were invested in my plan of care. From the initial front desk experience to the dismissal of care I was treated with warmth and kindness from their staff. My Physicians and their Nurses were thorough and very conscientious to make sure I understood the diagnosis and plan of care.
RecommendedFrom our first phone call to the appointment today, everyone was extremely nice. They were so professional and caring! Dr. Alford has a great team working with him and he was absolutely the best!
Our experiences at Southern Bone & Joint have always been pleasant. We seen Dr. Nash yesterday & have absolutely no complaints. His nurses were great also, kept us laughing & made us feel like we'd known each other for a long time.

Was fine till come time for the bill, although many follow up appts scheduled for nothing hence more copays. Billing department can’t keep up with sending bills so they send you to collections and add ridiculous fees. Get your billing practices straight and maybe we’ll be back, if needed. Probably not though. Everybody I’ve talked to has this same issue. As much as they charge you would think they could hire enough billers. Professional group of Doctors and Staff. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and schedule your appointments in a timely manor and you waiting time is very quick and they inform you about your medical problems. Dr. Haley and his Staff are the best in the field.
