I would not recommend working with Jerad Kinney or his team. We closed on a house with Jerad and attempted to Re-Fi. Here is our experience for both occurrences: - Closing: The paperwork that Jerad sent over was consistently incorrect. I had to read through the documents with a fine-tooth comb and request specific updates to be made, which he promised would be fixed, but rarely were. Working with Jerad was a horrible experience to say the least. A generic apology and closing gift months after the refinance of my home will never take away how I will always associate the purchase of my home with feelings of shame and embarrassment, because of the things that this man felt he had the right to say to me. Jared and his assistant agents have been absolutely fantastic. From the beginning, he was confident that he could get us good rates and a quick process. And he did make that happen! He and his assistant agents worked hard while making sure we are informed and not worried. Everything went pretty smoothly. We are so glad that we went with him.
