To all the 5 stars below - how? why? in what sense is this practice 5 stars? Reception is fine, but compared to the doctor that owns this practice, reception is exceptional. You can absolutely tell by sitting there that all the delay is due to the doctor's poor time management. Doctor Jeong Ok Lee is the worst ever. I would not trust any living being in her care. Terrible bedside manners to patients and she talks to her staff like trash.
My son has been coming to Dr.Lee pediatric clinic since he was a baby! The doctors are great, but the receptionist stands out—always kind , fast , efficient. We’ve always had a good experience here!
