This company stole our money. We returned a defective pair of shoes that were purchased from their website. It took them weeks to “process” the return, then when they finally sent an email saying the return was processed, we checked our account to find that they had charged us $160. So they have now taken $320 from us for a pair of shoes that they have. Their customer service is a joke. Nobody will answer your phone call. Nobody will return your messages. Hey Spencer! I hope you're reading this because clearly you aren't reading my emails! After 3 days of no replies from these people I finally decided to do what I should've just done from the get go and dispute the charges with my bank. I ordered Race Face Chester pedals almost 2 weeks ago now and I never got them. Worst company withe the worst service. If you ever have a question or want to return something you will very much regret you order with Jenson USA. They refuse to help you select the correct item, they refuse to provide any service, but the charge you a outrages restocking fee when you return their product.

They sold me for $100 a ethirteen chain guard and bash guard, that had not been made for three years due to known faulty plastics, according to ethirteen. It was not what I thought I was ordering and was inappropriate for my 2016 Remedy and the new Shimano XT drive train. They refused to work with me on a solution of a return or at least a deep discount on a proper replacement. Never again will Jenson take advantage of me! Buyers beware!

Sooo frustrated! Ghosted by customer service.Just spent 3k on Benno bike and accessories and cannot even get "gear advisor" to respond to several emails about a light they are suppose to replace. Seriously the worst customer service I have experienced with a retailer.

I copy and pasted this from the facebook page, its right to the point. Well, I have a nasty complaint as well. Same here, I have been using Jenson USA for years and I think I am reaching my breaking point as well. I have spent quite of bit of money with this retailer. Once you are on the phone with them their customer service is usually pretty good but that is the huge complaint, when you get them on the phone. They double changed my credit card. I didn't notice until after my CC company could deny the charge. After many calls, leaving voice mails, and emails, they just decided it would best for the company not to respond and fix their error.

Very rarely do we write reviews for companies. As a small business owner, we know there are times when the customer experience is less than ideal due to any number of variables. *WARNING* Wow Jenson, you guys know how to make a bad situation worse. This is my second 1 star review because of another situation that has arisen.
