Awesome people, I went in there looking for one bike, the bike was out of stock but they recommend a similar bike that was better than the one I was looking for. Prices are fair too. I wish they had a store in Vegas too.
Visit the shop out of the blue for a mandated routine service on my recently purchased Niner SIR 9 from the manager, Matt. He personally quickly serviced my bike to expectations and gave me a good deal on additional parts. Matt manages an outstanding team and both their service and prices are top notch. Would not hesitate to drive 45 mins to buy parts, get service advice, or just say hey! Love the store atmosphere!
These guys rock! I recently spoke with a gear advisor, I told him I needed an item guaranteed in my hands by a certain date. I also told him that I had a coupon from my last purchase and asked if there was anything he/we could do to expedite shipping and still save a few bucks....before I could think of my next question they had me upgraded to 2 day delivery and NEVER even, asked for more money. good customer service all around small Matte and tall Matte
I called on Thursday 12-22-16 at 2:00pm. Needed pricing on some parts. Spoke to Kilian. He said would call back in about an hour. About 20 mins later Kilian called back. Besides the pricing being very good, he said they should show up by like Monday, Tuesday next week. Well I got an email at 5:00pm same day saying my parts had shipped. I got my parts on 12-23-16. Can't be any happier with the pricing and the service!!!
