Ordered 3 bottles and tire set well before my road race, received only one bottle, then waited to guaranteed delivery day, nothing. Had to run around the city on Saturday evening to get bottles and tires from local bikes shops. After the race weekend talked on chat with gear advisor to cancel bottles&tires and rep said that he/she does not know where package is. I had also ordered MTB shoes for a another race and said that I still want the shoes but before the race, rep said sure, we will ship them immediately but Jenson USA... read more
