Very good service and workmanship when I took my tandem trailer in for an annual safety inspection. Friendly staff!
Bought a car hauler 25,000 in January of 2022. The aluminum trim is now bending, aluminum hinges are rusting, the roof caved in over winter and side panels are coming unglued. Garbage trailer. Trailer hasn’t been used much. Rip off artists.
Hi, I purchased a Gator 7x14, dual axle trailer in late August. Towed it about 3400 Kms, unfortunately rear, right tire was worn almost bald. Jensen determined it was a bent axle from factory. Jensen ordered and installed new axle and two new tires a couple weeks later at no charge and no hazzle. Very happy with their service after the sale.
Bought a trailer here two years ago. Very good experience with the initial purchase. Dropped it last week for service, and it was completely painless. Easy drop, easy pickup, good communication from the service department.
Sam Bowman walked us through the options from used to new with great patience and knowledgeability. We bought a new 20 foot enclosed trailer, picked up within a week, he also helped onto the road with appropriate accessories and much relief to be leaving the back yard gem crawl. Jensen scheduled to call us at the ten month mark to do a physical review before one year warranty period ends which is comforting.
