Sam Bowman walked us through the options from used to new with great patience and knowledgeability. We bought a new 20 foot enclosed trailer, picked up within a week, he also helped onto the road with appropriate accessories and much relief to be leaving the back yard gem crawl. Jensen scheduled to call us at the ten month mark to do a physical review before one year warranty period ends which is comforting. Sam is an excellent salesman and was most helpful. He is the reason I gave this place one star. For the rest, I purchased a brand new blacked out Forest River enclosed trailer from Jensen’s which was delivered at my residence with peeling paint in some areas; which I immediately bought to the delivery guy’s attention. Also, I noticed that one of the trusses had been factory-assembled with a broken piece and was badly welded. We both took pictures. The delivery driver called his office, then he left. Friendly staff. Large amount of parts on hand. Been a while since the last time I was there but I like the changes. Much better parts stock then before.
First of all I’m not the easiest customer to deal with but I would like to say the service department tried everything to accommodate my needs and was patient with my questions I have multiple trainers and will be bringing them all to Jensens for service and inspections Thank you Dan
I just wanted to thank Keir and Vince for all their hard work, dedication and working with me in picking out my enclosed trailer for my 2025 Can-Am Spyder Limited RT.
