Had a tire that was leaking air pretty quickly. Scrambling around to find a place around 430pm. Walked in to Jensen, was helped right away. Staff was very helpful and I was in and out with a patch in about 30 minutes. Normally any other place would’ve said to replace the tire and they couldn’t patch it. Truly appreciate them all for being so honest and helpful.
I once suspected that the Volkswagen dealership was trying to rip me off and brought my Golf to Jensen's. Got all the proof I need that the mechanics here are not scam artists.
They were running a little behind when I arrived, but they were upfront about it and still tried to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Very informative on what they found. Weren't pushy about me HAVING to have things fixed before leaving that visit. Explained what needed my attention and what order of priority they need to be addressed. Pleasant experience
