Just tried to visit the office today due to a car wreck and I was refused service unless I paid cash up front. They do not tell you this when scheduling an appointment and I drove 45 minutes each way to be told this. Very poor customer service, will not bill car insurance directly and does not care about patients only about the bottom-line. i left with out seeing any medical staff.
Dr Jensen is the best!! I can't say enough good things about him. Very professional, helpful and has a caring attitude and doesn't get in a hurry to get you out of his office. He is a wonderful Doctor. His staff is also very nice to work with and very helpful. I totally recommend Dr. Jensen and his office staff.
Dr Jensen was a great listener, and in my opinion, the best bedside manner i have seen in a physician in a long time.
Dr. Jensen is very competent and has a lot of knowledge of naturopathic medicine. Our family is very much into healthy eating and natural medicine. Dr Jensen just recently found out that I am deficient in chromium by looking at my fingernails. I told him my fingernails have looked like that since I was a child. I am very excited to see how my blood work turns out in a few months now that I am taking the chromium tablets that he suggested I take. He is the best!! Thank you Dr. Jensen
Every time I am not doing well and call in, his staff is always very considerate and helpful in getting me into see him. Also, Dr. Jensen is always very kind and understands what I am dealing with at the time and listens (writes down) to what I am dealing with. I have referred him to my family and friends and will continue to do so. In 53 years of my life, I am finally glad that I have someone who actually listens.
He is now certified as a Functional Doctor His ability to care for the whole person has expanded.
