We love jensens service is always great even with a 40 min wait ... today was no exception we ordered are food and when it came out we realized we forgot to order pancakes so we ask if we could get some still made ... are waitress Veronica which was so great to have got them made She by far the best we ever had would ask for her again ... we even stop to tell the manger how good she was ... going above and beyond ... she even talked to my wife about her new cats .... most would not talk to customers like they are family ... ... read more
I've eaten there a few times now since my move to Burnsville. The food is good, and usually out quickly. There was a time when I was there during a very busy serving time. It was timely for being extremely busy, talking into consideration how many orders went in before mine. Timely for that busy period is not like the other times it was brought right out. I have not been disappointed at all. �
This is an excellent venue. The food is great and our service was outstanding. The only negative thing we experienced was the long wait, and my understanding is there's always a long waiting period no matter when you patronize this restaurant.
Went there for a Bloody Mary, had the "Ultimate Bloody Mary", it was very good but not at $15 each and the chaser was half a whiskey glass. Won't have it again unless they reduce the price, I might pay $9 for it.

I understand how busy it gets..but our server came poured coffee, said she would be back in a few minutes and after 15 MINUTES I had to ask another server for our server to take our order. Food was brought to us in a timely matter but again our coffee was not filled until we were ready to leave. We were there for over 90 minutes and never a refill on coffee..I saw other servers checking on their tables but never saw our server.... read more
Went there on Sunday, 30 min. Wait. I had the best blueberry Pancakes ever! Had to take 1/2 home. My husband ate some of it the next day, he loved them too! Defiantly going their again!
