Worst move of my life. Given a reasonable estimate, however, on moving day, workers totally slow walked the move. Adding an additional 1 1/2 hrs when less furniture needed to be moved than initially evaluated. Unable to move furniture to the 2nd floor--not sure if not enough brawn or just limited brain power. Unprofessional and rude front office staff, especially Megan Bowman--should not be allowed to interact with public as she demonstrated limited ability to effectively communicate.

Moved last week. Had a very good experience. Spent 4 days with this company and found that the men worked hard,were pleasant --even in the very hot weather. I was very pleased with the services. I would use them again.

Awful experience. I don't know who writes all these glowing reports; it must be their relatives! We had: damaged furniture, slow, exhausted movers who arrived hours late, only to charge us overtime when they couldn't finish on time, and beyond rude customer service. Never again!!!!

Great! – I moved last week. Had a very good experience. Men were very careful and understanding as I was extremely stressed out! I had not moved for about 15 years and it is the first time I used this company. My husband and I were very pleased with the outcome. Not finished with my unpacking but so far no damage. John, Steve, Nick and James are a great team!

Excellent Experience – Just finished unpacking from my move and am very pleased with the outcome. Jensen did a wonderful job form start to finish. Men were great! I hope I never move again but Jensen definitely made it alot eaiser for me and my family. I would hire them again.

Excellent Job! – I just used them to move to Philadelphia from Florida and they did a wonderful job. We had reserved an entire truck and they had the same men that picked us up deliver our stuff to our new home. I could not have made this move without them as I have so much. They came and helped me pack all of my china and artwork. I am halfway unpacked and everything looks great. After reading a couple of the comments below, I can not bear but disagree. Very Happy! – I am very happy with my experience. I just had all of the carpeting in my home installed before moving in and they were very careful--it rained both days of my move. I did all of my packing and am releived that nothing broke! Men were knowledgeable and careful. Spent a little more than estimated but have no complaints! Good company- Good ppl.

Your Average move – We used Jensen after having a few local companies come out an give us an estimate. I have to admit the estimate was higher than we were looking for but when it came to our goods we thought we should spend the money. If I could go back and save ourselves some cost I would have packed ourselves or had our kids do it! But all in all it was your average move.
