They walked us through the process, gave us an honest quote, and did an amazing job restoring the ring. Betsy at Jensen Jewlers was amazing! I needed my engagement ring and wedding bands resized and a diamond replaced on my engagement ring. She received my rings back and was not 100% satisfied with how my engagement ring turned out. She had it sent back to get fixed and put a rush on it so I would receive their best work. I live in Washington and she handled every phone call and text with kindness and professionalism, and got my rings back to me in amazing condition!
Isneida was the best! She let me and my friend play around with different ring shapes and helped ME specifically realize what i thought i wanted wasnt for me. What a wonderful girl!
