Jewelry Buyer Beware! Stay away from this company! They lied about their credit protection plans and had me sign up for things without knowing it. If you get anything from them; get it in writing. These guys ripped me off about $400 and ruined my credit. Their sales manager, Mike, and his other sales staff will do anything for a sale. Watch out!
service!!! I love that the crew at Jensen Jewelers doesn't work on commission at all. They not only sell but they service what they sell. I didn't know that the company actually trains the staff in not only their product but gem stones and diamonds in general. They are all certified jewelers. Not sales people. And the on-site goldsmith is so nice. they sized my ring in 2 days, so i went back to buy a new ring and they sized that one the same day! The staff is friendly and they really know about jewelery.
I have always dealt with Jensen, I ve never had a problem with service, if I wasn't happy with something, they worked till i was happy. I thank them for this

They were so wonderful and amazing. Helped my now fiancée design the most perfect ring ever and then when I decided I needed it just a big bigger because my fingers swell often. The sales person was nice enough to help with a silicone ring to wear until my resizing comes back! Amazing service and amazing people!
RecommendedWe have been using Jensen Jewelers since we got married 18 years ago. Salesmen have come and gone but the manager Mike has been there year after year from the beginning. He has made sure we are always taken care of - with new purchases, upgrades, warranties, and repair. He has always been more than fair. It’s been a pleasure working with him for so many years!

Jensen Jewelers in Idaho Falls only has employees that have years of experience and who really care about the satisfaction of their customers. Lora and Michael helped us out with all our needs with no questions or problems at all. My wife and I are very satisfied with the service we received.
