The staff are very professional, courteous, friendly and really, really make you feel at home. While there, I Never Sensed a pressure to buy, but just the opposite, the staff make you feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely shop there in the future.

I have done business with Jensens before and have been very happy with my purchases and service. Today I went in to have my rings cleaned and to see if they could possibly repair a necklace that was my Mothers and recently became mine. Normally it would be sent out to be fixed,but because I wanted to wear it to my Mothers service the next day they did a temporary fix for me for free. They were kind and sympathetic and went way beyond what I would of expected so I would have a sentimental item to wear at my mothers funeral. T... read more
