If you have recently had changes done to your ring in the last 3 weeks. They don't have those changes on file because they recently updated their system and it no longer is on there. So when I called to see what they had recently changed my ring size number to they don't have it on file anymore. And a year ago when I had asked them to sauter my ring and got it back and all they did was clean it and not sauter. I took my watch into twin for them to fix it but they couldn't. I stopped into see Cori she said to leave it and shed get it taken care of and sent to the mall for me to pick up because I live in Twin Falls. Cori Beltran is the best everyone go talk to her for jewelry!
They were so wonderful and amazing. Helped my now fiancée design the most perfect ring ever and then when I decided I needed it just a big bigger because my fingers swell often. The sales person was nice enough to help with a silicone ring to wear until my resizing comes back! Amazing service and amazing people!
where do I start? the gals were amazing. from entertaining our daughter so we could look and learn info to helping us out as much as possible and laughing with us.. and not only that but remembering us the next times we came in! absolutely blessed and happy with the experience!!(: thank you!!
