My mother pased away in October 2020. Insurance owed her a refund on insurance. I provied them with a death certificate and power for attorney and administer of will papers and still have not receive a check in my name so I can cash it so I can distribute it to my siblings. The people in office been vary nice to me but told me I would have to take care of it myself with insurance company. Is this what a agent suppose to do? Kenny
