My experience at Jensen eye associate was a very pleasant one. The staff was very courteous, efficient & kind (especially Kris) . I felt Dr Jensen was very thorough with my eye exam, took the time to listen to my concerns and helped educate me on how to properly take care of my eyesight. I'd highly recommend them when considering an eye doctor.
While the experiences with the two doctors there was fabulous for my son and me, we have had a lot of trouble with getting our glasses through them. Billing issues like crazy! We have been quite frustrated in dealing with them.
Such a caring staff! Love Dr. Jensen--she answered all my questions, and I had a ton of them. I had a great time trying on glasses, and finally ended up with a style I never thought I'd buy. Thank you girls in the eye glass department! Brought my stepson in, and he got a pair too.
My mother in law has received professional and caring service at Jensen Eye Associates. We couldn't be more pleased.
