I am much more comfortable with Dr. Helms and all the staff members at this office. The hygenist I had is very considerate of my concerns and does her best to accommodate. (I think her name is Marcy but I'm not sure) I would recommend this dental office to anyone, especially those who are apprehensive about going to a dentist.
After being away for 52 years we finally were able to move back home! So delighted to schedule an appointment at Helms Dentistry. The office is beautiful, convenient, easy parking. From The moment I walked in the door everyone was friendly, incredibly efficient and very competent. State of the art equipment and COVID preventions in place and practiced. Dr. Helms listens and very knowledgeable. Kim did an excellent cleaning. Follow up appointments easily made. Highly recommend this dental practice.

Dr. Helms greeted me at the door in the foyer to check my temperature. He and the 2 staff members were friendly, efficient and professional. No other patients were in the office. He was able to see me when I had been having mouth pain and he was able to diagnose the issue and provide a treatment plan. He showed me the side exit so that I would have minimal contact with the staff on my way out. I was in and out of the office in 20 minutes. I am so grateful to him and his team.
