2nd dentist visit at this location. It went nice and smoothly. The staff here are very professional, courteous,friendly and patient. They answer all questions and concerns. They care for their guests/patients. The location is always clean and spotless. Ive enjoyed my visits here. I'm definitely glad my parents recommended this dental office!
I have been a patient of Dr. Sun's for 30 years, and for good reason. His staff has always been warm, friendly, and approachable. They have responded promptly to any questions or concerns I have had, and have followed up in a timely manner if they couldn't answer any questions I had. I had a crown and root canal treatment, and it turned out to be a nightmare. Less than a year after the crown was placed, it fell off. When I returned to have it fixed, I was informed that the tooth had been cut down too much, making it impossible to redo the crown. The doctor's work on my tooth caused significant damage, leading to the unnecessary loss of one of my large teeth. This experience has been extremely distressing, and I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking dental care.
I have been a patient of Dr. Sun’s for over 40 years and have received excellent care each visit. Dr Sun has always kept up on the newest dental technology. His whole staff is caring and professional.
