I have received excellent eye care from Dr. Jensen for over 40 years. Thorough examinations have always resulted in crisp clear vision from my blended vision glasses or from my contact lenses. Dr. Jensen’s professional support staff is delightful - helpful, friendly and kind.

Absolutely awful experience. The doctor himself is fine, though a bit behind the times (no cell phones allowed in the office, the decor is from perhaps 1963, but it's charming). Billing was near impossible. Spent months trying to get my eye exam paid for by my insurance, but the office was uncommunicative and downright rude. The receptionist mocked my career, claimed she "didn't have time" to confirm my insurance with the insurance company, and hung up on me mid-sentence. Save yourself the trouble and go to LensCrafters.

Last visited in 2018, will return in 2020. I like Dr. Jensen a lot. He takes the right amount of time with me, gets my eyeglass prescription correct, and is a pleasant conversationalist.

My family has seen Dr. Jensen for years. Thorough, takes needed time, counsels carefully. Id'd procedure and gave us a number of specialist recommendations with background on each. Followed up to ensure okay.
