I can't even express in words how much I love the staff at Jen's Pet Parlor! My fur babies are extremely spoiled when they visit! I had taken my pups elsewhere just for a nail trim and they put a muzzle on my small jack russells and forced them into uncomfortable positions. Jen's staff takes the time to comfort, pamper and gain the trust of all pets so they aren't terrified of being groomed. Absolutely love this groomer!!! Nicki and Jen are fantastic with my Goldendoodle. She was cut and groomed exactly how I wanted her and they gave her nothing but love and hugs and kisses. I like that they don't kennel her and they treat her like one of their own. It's very clean and quiet too. I found a gem of a groomer and will recommend everyone I know to go there. Thank you!!!

Jen and staff are the only people I trust with my dogs! I've brought them to other groomers (self employed, small business and large corporations) in the past and they never really seem to listen as far as how I'd like them cut, or what the breed standard way of cutting them, or just knowing how their coat grows between each dog. My Miniature Australian Shepard's are pampered, loved and played with while they are at Jen's Pet Parlor, not just cut and jammed into a kennel until I can pick them up. Professional equipment with a grooming master who literally loves dogs more than people. Totally worth all 40 miles I drive to have my babies beautified here.
My German Shepard always looks great when Jen is done with him. The only groomer I go to.
She's the only one I would trust my dog (baby) with. He is aggressive but seems to love Jenny! You are an amazing person with such great talent and we refer everyone we know. Thanks for your patience. We truly adore you! A+++
