Honestly they are really nice and welcoming. But I had my Quince hair done by them and it looked good at first but then the curls started to droop and they just did not last even 2 hours so that really frustrated me! Also another thing my mom had her makeup done by them and it did not look nothing like the picture at all, they did not do a good job on her makeup, when I asked if they could do that exact make up look they said yes and obviously they can’t!
