When I asked her the price for an acrylic nails full set….she said $55…. She ended up charging me $99 for French tip nails… no designs, no ring stones….. plain French tip nails….and 4 days later one nail broke…I went back to get it fixed….she charged me $10….. then two days later after the first nail broke …two more nails broke….. but this time I will not go back…. After all this I learned my lesson and prefer to drive 45 minutes go and get my nails done with the lady that I always go to….

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Jenny's Nails & Spa. The pedicure was rushed and poorly done my feet look horrible, and I'm disgusted with the results. The environment was also very hostile. When I tried to express my dissatisfaction, an older gentleman aggressively told me that if I didn't pay, he would call the police. He and another employee then tried to blame me, saying I should have paid more for a different service that was never explained to me. Out of necessity I had to find a new place. I can see how some people might feel Jenny has a firm personality. She also has 25 years experience doing pedicures and that's what won't me as a new client. She did a fantastic job. My pedicure lasted me more than two weeks. Thanks Jenny.
