Most popular are our Salads, Spicy Tuna Pizza, , Specialty Rolls, Obentos, and Teriyaki. Try our new Poke Salads! We are also the only Hibachi restaurant located in Summit, NJ.

Jenny's has the best sushi around! My husband is an avid fisherman and knows fresh fish and sushi. It's his absolute favorite too! We have spent birthdays, anniversaries, etc., at Jenny's and they have all been amazing!
Best. Sushi. Ever. Quiet, private atmosphere. Hibachi is great for parties.
Rainbow Roll for lunch was excellent. Great lunch special 2 rolls and salad only $12.95.
