Be prepared to wait anywhere from 20 minutes to over 30 minutes, even with a scheduled appointment—and this isn’t a one-off situation; it happens consistently with every visit. I’ve remained a loyal customer for years because they’ve generally been reasonable with price but it’s important they recognize the value of their clients’ time and make improvements accordingly. I had to leave after waiting for 30 mins over my scheduled time.

Jennys nails is always my go to spot to get my acrylic nails , I also recently started doing my acrylic toe nails . Ruby is my lady she always gives me what I ask for , i recommend her to anyone who’s looking forward to getting exactly what you want . She always so brilliant and always makes conversations!!

I had such a wonderful experience at Jenny’s Nail Salon in Sterling! The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and well taken care of. Jenny herself is amazing — she pays such close attention to detail and genuinely cares about making sure you’re happy with the results. DO NOT get your eyebrows done here! It was VERY unsanitary and then she applied Vaseline all over my face afterwards. She was rude and rough. In addition the pedicure service was horrible as all my polish fell off within 24 hours, and I couldn't get the color I wanted as the polish was dried up - so she settled on what she thought was best.
