I had a wonderful experience!! My full body massage with hot rocks was amazing!!! Definitely gonna come back again! 3rd time here!
Editing this review to say that this is still a 1 star review, although I changed it to 5 stars to see if the business owner really understands or bothers to read or acknowledge my complaints. Her harassment by text has continued for several hours this afternoon, 18 texts in all telling me that I was wrong and inconvenienced her. Had a great massage here once, then booked 90 minutes at 9:50 am to arrive at 11. Once I arrived on time I was told to wait 40 minutes. This is my second time going to Jenny. The first time I told her she is the best massage therapist in Bakersfield. I'm still a believer. I won't go to anyone else in Bakersfield. She is the best in deep tissue. She can tell what areas I'm having problems with and I don't have to tell her. I had a really bad headache before seeing her. Afterwards, it was gone. I had an amazing experience at Jenny’s Deep Massage. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the pressure really hit the spot. Jenny knows exactly which areas need attention and works them perfectly. I did a 30-minute body massage and a 30-minute (Swedish) foot massage, and the pressure throughout was to my liking. When I got home, my husband even told me I looked very relaxed—which says it all! I’ll definitely be coming back.
Update: It's even worse then I though - so moving down to 1 - I attach the place's booking page which is listed on Google Maps - it's a booksy page... but if you didn't see the booking and there was no qualified person to provide a massage when why not say this... and true we have all our preference. Mine is to have a good massage by a professional - and mistakes happen but prefer not to have someone farting right at my face...
