The hospital staff after xray of a leg injury wanted me to either STAND up in the lobby or STAND outside in 103 degree HEAT to get my results. When I left out of the back after xray and was sent to lobby. Once in lobby I see there is nowhere to sit so I tell the security guy with the short red hair that I’m going to wait in my car because there’s nowhere to sit in here. Super nice workers !
My experience with the ER was very unwelcoming. Only one or two of the ER staff were pleasant. Several of the nurses were a luft and condescdnding, not a comfortable experience.
