Very disappointing experience. I clearly asked for acrylic nails and even showed the nail tech a reference picture, but she started doing Bio Gel instead. She also didn’t seem to understand the cat-eye design/effect I was asking for, even though I had shown her exactly what I wanted. The final result was not what I requested or expected, and on top of that, I felt I was overcharged for the service. Very bad experience. Got my nails done full set two nails got chipped and half broken in two days. Also the coating of the foot nails came off. Called them after one week to fix it-because i don’t live close by and they told me i have to pay for that.. only wanted to fix my hand nails but got disappointed.
My daughter and i had got my mani pedi and cat eye done from this place. Had the worst experience ever. Our nail paint came off after 2 days. Never go to this place. Waste of money.
Terrible service, please go elsewhere.
