If I could give 0 I would . First of all I made an appointment for 1pm , I come in and the lady I made the appointment with is doing someone else’s nail and tells me I have to wait 10-15 mins. What is the point of making an appointment if I have to wait ? I also confirmed the price when I made the appointment and all of a sudden they changed the price and added $5 more . I had a very upsetting experience here. The staff cut my nails without asking for my preference, and when I addressed it, they responded by yelling at me instead of resolving the issue professionally. Customers deserve respect and basic communication.
I called this place in advance to book a 4:30 PM appointment for my friends and myself, and we arrived on time. I requested both a pedicure and a manicure. The pedicure went fine, but the manicure experience was very disappointing. The technician had a bad attitude from the start. I asked for a medium-length acrylic set with a design, which I normally get. He kept focusing on extra charges, saying longer nails would cost more and designs would be an additional $20.
