Dr. Ho is a very kind caring Dr. who takes the time you need to explain your health and needs, but also she is firm in her practice and expects you to care for yourself as well as her caring for you. A two way road she does her part and you do yours, as it should be. I like her very much as a person and a physician.
I was disappointed in the treatment received. I was seen as a new patient and apparently you can only discuss 1 or 2 issues you are experiencing. You are basically a number with a time limit. Because I did not arrive 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork that time was deducted from my 40 minute allotted time. I Guess that's how they stay in business you have keep going back to address each health issue because it won't happen in one visit.
Best doctor I've ever had in my life. I will never go to another doctor as long as she's in practice. She listens and truly cares. And she emails me back directly whenever I have questions or concerns.
