Jennifer Hayes has been a very good health care professional for me, for many years. She is polite, considerate, highly qualified and very professional. I highly recommend her.
I took my teen daughter to altru Express. That's where she saw Jennifer, the physician assistant. She was pretty short, not personable, and condescending. They didn't check my daughter's blood pressure. Her complaints were throat pain and extreme ear pain and hearing loss. Jennifer took a very quick look and said, "they don't seem bad but let's do some augmentin anyways" I was pretty shocked she wasn't going to at least swab for strep or even covid. Why just throw out antibiotics without proof this could be bacterial but ok.... read more
