When I joined Jenny Craig I signed a contract that when I reach my goal weight I would be refunded 150.00 of my fee to join. It is now 9 months later and have still not received my money. I have contacted them many times regarding this problem. They have reassured my many times. That it was in the mail.
They made a huge effort to get me to sign up--called, emailed, and text me. My first shipment arrived late and they did send me new frozen food. However, I have been waiting to talk to a real coach for almost a month now. They have my correct number on file and the only time the real coach called (they have stand in people that aren't real coaches that will call you to satisfy the call) she dialed the wrong number. Horrible experience at Jenny Craig Valley Stream. On May 5th, 2018 I went for a consultation at Jenny Craig Valley stream location. I was seen by a Stacy who I didn't know just started with them. After going over with me the different membership and cost of food, I decided to join. SHe weighed me and took my measurements but did NOT know how to put the info in the system so the director came to help out. after I paid the membership fee, she calculated the cost of food as completely different than what she previously agreed o... read more
