Sejin helped me identify the root causes of my underlying depression and extreme behaviors. She also supported my own decisions rather than forcing solutions, which made the process feel much less overwhelming. She is a good listener while still not missing important issues. If the opportunity comes up, I would like to have another counseling session in the future.
