I ordered a birthday cake several years ago from Jenn's and was satisfied. Over the last few years I have been in there several times just for cupcakes and those are always great but I will say the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Sounds like there is 1 or 2 employees that ruins this place getting a perfect 5 stars. This place is awesome. I haven't had anything that wasn't awesome. The carrot cake is my favorite.
Best cakes, cupcakes and any dessert I've ever put in my mouth.... My only negative is I don't like that much icing on my cupcakes, I scrape half of it off....and sometimes I go and the cashiers are snooty or having a bad day and don't smile... But I smile, that doesn't intimidate me... Oh and I love the Red Velvet cheesecake

Absolutely disgusted with the terrible customer service. Apparently your cashier/representative Hannah doesn't like greeting people of color very much since she made it a point to ignore me when I entered the establishment. Not only do you fail to acknowledge my presence, but you greet every other customer (who happens to be white) who comes in after me. I went in today, specifically for the cherry lemon sundrop cheesecake that I keep seeing on their Facebook page. I had to wait several minutes for someone to come from the back to assist me. The salesperson was kind enough to bring a slice out from the back, because the refrigerated display was out of that flavor. When I got it home, and tried it, I was really disappointed.
